Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly accomplished AVP – Partnerships & Alliances to join our executive leadership team. In this role, you will design, own, and scale Factspan’s global ecosystem strategy. You will be responsible for building high-impact alliances with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and emerging Generative AI/LLM technology providers.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of deep Data & AI industry knowledge, strong relationship-building acumen, and a proven track record of driving alliance-led pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Alliance Strategy & Ecosystem Development
• Define and execute Factspan’s global Partnership & Alliance blueprint to accelerate market penetration and competitive differentiation.
• Cultivate and scale strategic relationships with Cloud Giants (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and Data/AI Market Leaders (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard emerging GenAI, MLOps, and specialized technology partners to enhance Factspan's capability stack.
2. Co-Selling & GTM Revenue Growth
• Own and manage alliance-driven pipeline, co-selling revenue targets, and joint Go-To-Market (GTM) objectives.
• Map partner accounts with Factspan’s sales organization to uncover whitespace opportunities and co-originate large-scale enterprise transformation deals.
• Navigate partner deal-registration systems, incentive programs, and cloud marketplace mechanisms (Azure Marketplace, AWS Marketplace) to maximize commercial benefit.
3. Solution Shaping & Differentiated Value Propositions
• Collaborate with Consulting, Solutioning, and Delivery leaders to package Factspan's proprietary AI/ML accelerators into partner-aligned offerings.
• Translate emerging partner tech roadmaps (such as LLMs, vector databases, and modern data mesh architectures) into commercially viable enterprise solutions.
• Secure partner funding for Proof of Concepts (PoCs), innovation labs, and joint marketing campaigns.
4. Capability Building & Governance
• Drive partner competency tiers, ensuring Factspan achieves advanced specializations, technical certifications, and elite status across core platforms.
• Establish regular partner executive steering meetings, operational dashboards, and QBRs to measure alliance health and ROI.
• Act as a senior representative and thought leader for Factspan within the broader global Data & AI partner ecosystem.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
• Experience: 15+ years of total experience in the IT services/consulting sector, with a minimum of 6–8 years in a leadership role focused on Partnerships, Alliances, or Partner-led Sales within the Data, Analytics, and AI domains.
• Track Record: Proven success in driving multi-million dollar incremental revenue specifically sourced through cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or premier data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep conceptual familiarity with Data Engineering, Cloud Data Warehouses, MLOps, Advanced Analytics, and modern Generative AI frameworks.
• Network: An active, well-established network of professional connections within the partner organizations' alliance and field-sales teams.
• Skills: Exceptional executive presence, master-level negotiation skills, and a natural ability to collaborate across internal cross-functional groups (Sales, Delivery, and Marketing).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.
