Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The AVP Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies, generating revenue, building client relationships, delivering business growth targets, and developing sales pipelines. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, leading sales presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, provide actionable insights, and ensure the achievement of strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Revenue Growth, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience in Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Analytics
- Leadership aptitude with the ability to manage and guide a high-performing sales team
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions, including Data Centers, Cloud Services, and Network Management
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the IT or technology sector is highly desirable
