Role Description
The Assistant Vice President, Sales at REBCO Ventures Private Limited will lead and manage sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and develop business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, building client relationships, identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
- Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities with a track record of driving team performance.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the real estate or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
