Role Purpose
This role will lead the strategy, development and management of the marketing technology ecosystem for DBS Bank India. The role will enable data-driven, scalable and personalized marketing across digital and assisted channels by building a robust MarTech stack, enabling customer lifecycle orchestration, and driving marketing automation.
The role will serve as the bridge between Marketing, Data, Digital and Technology teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives are powered by modern technology, actionable data and strong measurement frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- MarTech Strategy & Platform Management
- Define the MarTech strategy and roadmap aligned with Consumer Banking growth priorities.
- Implement and manage key platforms including:
- Marketing automation
- Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Campaign orchestration tools
- Personalization engines
- Marketing analytics platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration with CRM, digital banking platforms, and enterprise data systems.
- Customer Data & Personalization
- Enable a single customer view across channels by leveraging first-party data.
- Drive advanced segmentation and AI-led personalization across the customer lifecycle.
- Implement next-best-action and recommendation frameworks to improve engagement and cross-sell.
- Campaign Automation & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build scalable campaign automation infrastructure across:
- Email
- SMS
- Push notifications
- In-app messaging
- Digital channels.
- Enable always-on lifecycle journeys for acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention.
- Marketing Measurement & Optimization
- Implement robust campaign measurement and attribution frameworks.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Build dashboards to track marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics.
- Governance & Risk
- Ensure MarTech platforms comply with data privacy, consent management and regulatory requirements.
- Establish governance for data usage, campaign approvals and platform access.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with Marketing, Digital, Data, Technology and Product teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.
- Manage MarTech vendor ecosystem and platform implementations.
- Align with global DBS MarTech standards and capabilities.

Requirements:
- Experience in MarTech, marketing automation, digital marketing or marketing operations.
- Experience implementing enterprise marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer data, analytics and personalization.
- Ability to work across marketing, technology and data teams.
