The International Business (IB) vertical, Employee Benefits Practice at Prudent is a strategic business unit dedicated to strengthening Prudentโs global brand in the International market. Required Qualifications-
ยท A minimum of a bachelorโs degree in any stream, Post Graduation or MBA would be added advantage
Required Experience and skills-
ยท 12+ years of experience in Insurance Company, in a client servicing role.
ยท Must be well versed with the EB products
ยท Excellent communication skills
ยท Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently
ยท Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint
ยท Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products.
ยท Experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers
Key Responsibilities-
Effective relationship management & engagement for MNC relationships
ยท Responsible for strengthening client relationships & effective year-round engagement
ยท Work very closely with GPG in consistently building quality, review & feedback
ยท Responsible for all client & employee level engagement activities & strategies - Monthly/quarterly connects, presenting portfolio analysis/benchmarking reports, orientations etc.
Central Focal Point for Account Management:
ยท Serve as a key bridge between global & local stakeholders
ยท Co-ordinating with all the internal teams โ CPU, Claims, Analytics and Tech for employee and HR related concerns and conducting periodic review.
Managing client grievances
ยท Point of escalation for any client challenges & dissatisfaction
ยท Bridge between internal coordination & external communications for cases of client grievances & resolutions
Renewal Management:
ยท Managing client renewals in line with IB protocols
Up-sell/Cross-sell:
ยท Generating revenue based on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for the existing business portfolios
