Business Function

Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the business requirements of the Global Financial Markets division, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business stakeholders, to design and implement efficient and scalable systems
- Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and innovative technologies to enhance the division's operational efficiency
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to support the development, testing, and deployment of new applications and enhancements
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues, and propose solutions to optimize the technology infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Specialist in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering techniques
- Familiarity with financial markets, products, and trading systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving process improvements
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
