About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead our sales and counseling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, CRM management, lead distribution, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth daily operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales and academic counseling team to achieve company targets.
- Handle and manage CRM software for proper lead distribution and tracking.
- Monitor daily work reports and performance of team members.
- Ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion by the team.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and sales performance.
- Coordinate with management to maintain smooth operational workflow.
- Train and guide team members to improve communication and counseling skills.
- Maintain regular performance analysis and reporting.
Requirements- Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles.
- Experience in CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational tasks efficiently.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or admissions consulting will be an added advantage.
