Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth within the region.
- Identify and target potential clients, including property management companies, real estate developers, and commercial property owners.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing contracts.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored SaaS solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and support.
3. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the city.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance the Anacity platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the SaaS or real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and property management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
