Are you a strategic leader with a passion for scaling premium brands? We are looking for a high-caliber Assistant Vice President to steer the Kiehl’s business in India. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Nykaa’s digital-first ecosystem and Kiehl’s iconic global heritage.
💼 The Role: The Bridge Between Vision & Execution
As the Brand & Distribution Lead, you will be the primary custodian of the Kiehl’s journey in India, overseeing:
- Omnichannel & Operational Excellence: Driving growth across Brand Boutiques (EBOs), the Ed2C platform, and Multi-Brand Retail (MBR) partnerships. You will manage the intricacies of physical retail operations while scaling a high-growth digital business.
- 360° Brand Orchestration: Translating the unique Kiehl’s apothecary DNA into flawlessly executed marketing campaigns and premium retail experiences.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Acting as the key liaison between Nykaa and external stakeholders. You will also build consensus in a matrixed internal environment to drive favourable outcomes for the brand.
- People Leadership: Mentoring and inspiring a dedicated team of 5-6 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute; 9+ years of experience in Brand Marketing & Business roles
- Background in Beauty or Personal Care. You understand the fundamentals of premium beauty and know how to bring a brand proposition to life.
- Master Communicator: Exceptional communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving. You can navigate senior-level interactions with ease and clarity.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in P&L ownership, business operations, and a deep understanding of both physical and digital retail ecosystems.
- Digital Maverick: A data-backed decision-maker with superlative analytical skills. You have a proven track record in performance marketing, CRM strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
