An Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Technology Financial Management is a techno‑finance leader responsible for end‑to‑end stewardship of IT spend and value. The role partners with the CIO, Technology Leadership, FP&A, Procurement, and Controllership to translate strategy into budgets, forecasts, and measurable outcomes, ensuring Capex / Opex governance, compliance, and transparency across portfolios. Core accountabilities include monthly variance analysis versus plan and prior periods; KPI‑driven dashboards and cost benchmarking; project financial modeling and business case development; unit costing, chargeback/show back, and Technology Business Management practices; and Cloud FinOps to optimize consumption and drive economics across AWS, Azure, and GCP, Oracle.
