AVP I – Lead, Financial Reporting
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the Financial Reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting under IGAAP and Ind AS frameworks. The role will also drive audit management, financial governance, related party transaction (RPT) compliance, and IPO readiness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Review and finalize financial statements under IGAAP and Ind AS for group consolidation.
- Manage statutory, internal, and group audits, including audit planning, PBCs, and closure of observations.
- Oversee governance, accounting, and disclosure of Related Party Transactions (RPTs).
- Provide governance oversight for Finance Shared Services operations including P2P, AP, Fixed Assets, and tax processes.
- Strengthen internal financial controls (ICFR), disclosure quality, and IPO readiness initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 9–12 years of post-qualification experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- Strong expertise in IGAAP, Ind AS, audit management, and RBI regulatory reporting.
- Experience in shared services governance, internal controls, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to IPO readiness or listed entity reporting preferred.
- Strong leadership, execution, and communication skills.
