Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the AXE trading platform, ensuring its seamless integration with DBS in-house systems and market platforms like Bloomberg
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of the AXE trading systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or enhancements required for the AXE platform
- Provide technical support and guidance to traders and other stakeholders on the use of the AXE platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the capital markets industry, particularly in the areas of credit trading products like bonds and repos
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with various teams and departments
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the capital markets industry, with a strong focus on credit trading products and AXE trading systems
- Extensive knowledge of the AXE trading platform and its integration with DBS in-house systems and market platforms
- Proficient in credit trading products such as bonds and repos, and a good understanding of the integration framework of AXE with these products
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the capital markets industry
