THE ROLE
As the Manager/AVP - Talent Acquisition, you will lead strategic and operational hiring for Middle Office and related functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, ensuring high-quality talent delivery aligned with business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, people leadership, and strong execution capabilities to build a scalable, high-performing recruitment function
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business to understand workforce plans, hiring volumes, and critical skill requirements to build effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Middle Office across levels, ensuring strong candidate quality and outstanding stakeholder experience.
- Manage and mentor team of recruiters in driving performance, engagement, and continuous capability development.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships serving as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
- Implement and monitor recruitment SLAs and metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Ensure process consistency, compliance, and a strong focus on candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Drive recruitment analytics and reporting; leverage insights for proactive talent planning and continuous process improvement.
- Act as a change agent in embedding best-in-class recruitment practices and technology-driven talent acquisition approaches.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Experience: 10-15 years of Middle Office Talent Acquisition experience
- Demonstrated success in managing recruitment teams and delivering within a matrix
