Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Training Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Training Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs to ensure employee performance and development. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing content, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining records. Collaboration with management and stakeholders to refine and develop training initiatives will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training Delivery, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development
- Ability to assess learning needs and analyze training effectiveness
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences
- Leadership and organizational skills for planning and overseeing multiple training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- A degree in Education, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in training and development roles; experience in a managerial capacity is advantageous
