*What You’ll Do*
- Support New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions
- Conduct mock practices to prepare trainees for real customer interactions
- Audit new joiner's call
- Track trainee progress, maintain reports, and highlight improvement areas
- Assist in training content, assessments, and process standardization
- Coordinate with Sales & Operations for trainee readiness and deployment
*What We’re Looking For*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in training, coaching, or sales enablement
- Ability to observe, evaluate, and guide performance
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
*Preferred Background*
- 0–2 years of experience in training, sales, HR or coordination roles
- Background in Interior Design / Sales / Business is a plus
- Exposure to customer interaction or consulting roles is advantageous
