Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Assistant to the Director of Business Development. The Assistant will support the Director with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documents. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining professional communication with clients and partners, and coordinating follow-ups on business development activities. The Assistant will help track leads, update databases or CRM tools, and compile information for proposals and presentations. The position also requires organizing travel arrangements, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations so the Director can focus on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and daily office operations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support senior leadership with confidential, time-sensitive, and high-priority tasks.
