Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Jaipur. The Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the team, ensuring seamless organization and execution of tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing inventory, assisting with daily operations, and performing administrative duties. The role also involves supporting designers and overseeing project timelines to maintain smooth studio operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, inventory management, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers and craftsmen
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar productivity tools
- Knowledge or experience in the fashion or design industry is an added advantage
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- A degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
