Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the Office Manager, located in Bihar, India. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, handling phone communications effectively, and assisting with executive administrative duties. The role involves supporting the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and effective coordination across different departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management and organization
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in administrative, office management, or related support roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is advantageous
