Job Title: Assistant to Director
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 2-5 years
Preferred Industry Background: Tech/ SaaS or similar background
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Founder Support
- Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, ensuring effective prioritization and time management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Founder with professionalism and discretion.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key liaison between the Founder’s Office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, clients, investors, and partners.
- Ensure timely communication, alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
3. Strategic & Operational Coordination
- Track key projects, business priorities, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and reviews.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and drive follow-ups on strategic initiatives.
4. Technology & Tools
- Leverage digital tools for scheduling, communication, and project management (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRM tools).
- Identify and implement process improvements using technology to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, or similar role.
- Prior experience in Martech, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.
