Position: Assistant to Founder
Organization: Chronic Pain India (CPI)
Location: Hybrid – Delhi NCR (travel to Faridabad home office when required)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 20k - 30k
About Chronic Pain India
Chronic Pain India (CPI) is a national medico-social NGO focused on chronic illnesses, disability inclusion, accessibility, and dignity-centered care. The organization works across awareness, health-tech innovation, policy advocacy, and community support. The Assistant will support the Founder in daily operations, communication, coordination, and administrative responsibilities so that leadership can focus on high-impact work across CPI’s initiatives.

About the Role
This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, emotionally intelligent, and able to work independently. You will manage communication, emails, scheduling, coordination with teams, and basic administrative tasks as directed by the Founder. Professionalism, confidentiality, and clarity of communication are key.
Key Responsibilities
Email, Calendar & Communication Management
• Manage and prioritize the Founder’s inbox
• Draft replies, schedule calls and meetings
• Maintain a structured email and calendar system
Operational and Administrative Support
• Maintain task lists, reminders, and follow-ups
• Prepare notes, summaries, and simple documents
• Coordinate with internal team members based on Founder’s instructions
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion
Coordination & Logistics
• Schedule meetings with partners, healthcare professionals, stakeholders
• Assist with professional travel bookings and documentation
• Support with routine administrative workflows
On-Ground Support
• Travel to Faridabad home office as required
• Assist during CPI events, workshops, team meetings, and official activities
Requirements (Must-Have)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email tools)
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks daily
• Strong sense of confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Availability for hybrid work and in-person meetings in Faridabad
Preferred Background
• Education or experience in healthcare, public health, psychology, or social work
• Experience assisting senior leaders or founders
• Exposure to nonprofit, disability inclusion, or social sector work
