Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting the Director of Membership and Cultural Programming. The Assistant will coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting preparation, and maintaining accurate records related to membership and events. The role involves handling phone and email correspondence, supporting membership inquiries, and ensuring a courteous and efficient guest experience. The Assistant will help organize cultural programs, events, and collaborations, including logistics, vendor communication, and internal coordination with hotel departments. This role also includes preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, while ensuring smooth office operations and timely follow-up on all action items.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, documentation, and record keeping.
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience, with the ability to support senior leadership and manage confidential information.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with members, partners, and guests.
- Proficiency with office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets, and presentation tools) and basic data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, membership services, or events/cultural programming is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and comfort working with diverse communities.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
