Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The assistant will support the CEO with administrative tasks, office data compilation, reporting, organize meetings, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient office administration, maintaining records, and handling correspondence on behalf of the CEO. The role also requires collaboration across teams to help coordinate strategic initiatives and manage follow-ups effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and office Assistance tasks
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills
- Knowledge and experience in Office Administration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Prior experience supporting executive-level professionals is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is an advantage
