Role Description
Ambus is seeking a full-time Assistant Tender Manager for an on-site role located in Faridabad. The Assistant Tender Manager will be responsible for supporting the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents. Responsibilities include analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with teams to compile necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, and maintaining an up-to-date database of tenders. Additionally, the role involves liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely submission and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in tender documentation, compliance evaluation, and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in research, data organization, and analysis to assess tender requirements and align with company capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Competence in time management, coordination, and detailed documentation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in tender submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the vehicle fabrication or similar industries is an advantage.
