Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Technician based in Delhi, India. The Assistant Technician will support the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems, assist senior technicians with equipment setup, and ensure tools and materials are properly handled. Additional responsibilities include carrying out system inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining safety protocols on-site. Collaboration with the team to ensure project deadlines are met is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ability to use tools and equipment required for solar installations
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and energy technologies
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset
- Willingness to work on-site and in varying weather conditions
- Relevant certifications or training in electrical or solar systems is a plus
- Previous experience in renewable energy or a related field is advantageous
