Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for an Assistant Technical Manager. The role involves supporting technical operations, managing a team, conducting research and development (R&D) activities, and providing efficient technical solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing project management tasks to ensure efficient completion of objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, solve problems, and make informed decisions
- Experience in Team Management to lead, motivate, and organize effectively
- Expertise in providing Technical Support and addressing technical challenges
- Background in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation and project initiatives
- Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in on-site environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a technical or managerial role is an advantage
