Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Team Manager role located in Indore. The Assistant Team Manager will oversee daily team operations, support team members to meet objectives, and facilitate effective communication. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance and training, and implementing strategies to improve team productivity. Collaborating with senior management, the role ensures that goals are aligned with organizational objectives and that projects are executed successfully within defined timelines.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for overseeing daily operations and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and ensure clear information sharing within the team
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges and identify effective solutions
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting team activities
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing priorities and environments
- Experience in similar leadership or management roles, particularly in team-driven environments, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
