Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Manager at our Pune location. The Assistant Team Manager will oversee daily team operations, ensure efficient workflow, and manage team performance to meet organizational goals. The responsibilities include coordinating team tasks, resolving operational challenges, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards. The role requires effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and supporting team development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
