Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Team Manager for our operations in Patna. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong leadership and organizational abilities. The Assistant Team Manager will oversee daily team activities, facilitate collaboration, ensure project timelines and goals are met, and provide support to the team. They will also handle reporting, analyze performance metrics, coordinate with higher management, and foster a culture of productivity and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Strong organizational skills, project management experience, and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address team and operational challenges
- Knowledge of dairy farming operations and agricultural industry practices is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using management tools and technology for monitoring and reporting
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic challenges and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
