Role Description
This full-time on-site Assistant Team Leader role is based in Noida. The Assistant Team Leader will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations, assist in meeting team goals, and support team leaders with workflow management. Responsibilities include monitoring team productivity, contributing to process improvements, training and mentoring team members, resolving inquiries, and facilitating smooth daily operations. Regular communication with team leaders and offering strategic input will also be essential parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization
- Leadership capabilities, such as training and mentoring team members, and coordinating to meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in workplace tools for data analysis, reporting, and tracking team performance
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve challenges faced by the team quickly
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to interact with team members and leadership effectively
- Positive attitude, adaptability to work under pressure, and an ability to handle multiple tasks
- Experience in educational counseling, operations, or student service roles is an advantage
