Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Manager, based in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Team Manager will support the project team by coordinating daily tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring project milestones are met. Responsibilities include supervising team activities, maintaining communication between team members, supporting project planning and execution, and providing feedback to promote efficiency and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and supervise team members effectively
- Expertise in project planning and execution, including time management and task prioritization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities for addressing challenges and ensuring project success
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for project management and documentation
- Knowledge of construction principles, processes, and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or relevant equivalent experience)
- Experience in the construction or real estate sector is a plus
- A proactive and flexible approach to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
