Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Team Leader role located in Noida. The Assistant Team Leader will assist in supervising and coordinating team activities, ensuring efficient workflows and meeting project deadlines. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement, preparing performance reports, and fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve organizational goals.
