Drive team performance, manage inbound leads, and ensure conversions in a fast-growing EdTech company transforming higher education accessibility.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives (15–20 members preferred)
Monitor daily calling activities and team performance
Call inbound leads from website & marketing campaigns using CRM (LeadSquared or similar)
Pre-qualify leads: understand student background, interest, eligibility, and intent
Guide and support team in counseling students for UG/PG programmes
Ensure walk-in bookings and conversions
Maintain daily discipline for self & team:
200+ dials per person
4 hours attempted talk-time
3 hours connected talk-time
Coordinate with management for closures and performance tracking
