Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹48,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
⚠️ Role OverviewWe are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Team Lead (ATL) who can balance individual sales contribution along with team handling and mentoring. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales targets through consultative counselling of prospective learners
- Guide and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement for self and team
- Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive productivity
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and process flow
- Maintain accurate data and reports in CRM
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
- Proven track record of target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and lead by example
- Basic team handling / mentoring experience is preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
