Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for an Assistant Team Lead. The Assistant Team Lead will collaborate closely with the team and management to ensure the successful planning and execution of design projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with team members, managing client expectations, ensuring quality standards, and providing creative and operational support to the team. The Assistant Team Lead will also assist in resource allocation and problem-solving to enable smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, including the ability to oversee timelines, track progress, and manage resources.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination.
- Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in dynamic project scenarios.
- Proficiency in relevant design or project management software is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar leadership or interior design support role is preferred.
- Degree or certification in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is advantageous.
