We’re Hiring: 5 Assistant Team Leads – Education Counselor Team

Emo Matrix Psychology is building a strong team of 1000+ remote Education Counselors to guide students and professionals in psychology education programs.
To support this mission, we are hiring 5 Assistant Team Leads who can manage, guide, and support our remote counseling team from our office in Stellar IT Park, Sector 62, Noida.
This role is for someone who has prior experience in handling people, can get work done responsibly, and knows how to support a team with both kindness and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support remote Education Counselors
- Track daily work, follow-ups, and performance
- Help the team improve communication and sales skills
- Motivate team members and solve daily challenges
- Share daily updates with management
- Help the team achieve daily and monthly targets
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in team handling
- Is good at managing people
- Can work from office
- Is responsible, practical, and result-oriented
- Can guide the team with patience and clarity
Compensation:
Fixed salary + team incentive based on performance.
