Job Description:
WisdomWood High, is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and committed Pre-Primary Teacher
with 0–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school. The ideal candidate should be
passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a nurturing, engaging, and
developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum
Support the holistic development of children—cognitive, social, emotional, and physical
Create a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment
Observe, assess, and document student progress
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
Participate in school events, trainings, and professional development programs
Ensure child safety and maintain positive classroom discipline
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant Early Childhood Education qualification (NTT /
ECCE / D.El.Ed Compulsory )
0–3 years of prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is mandatory
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Patient, creative, and child-centric teaching approach
