As part of our TA team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for support roles and play a key part in building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Candidates should be well aware of the infra, design, and EPC company hiring structure. Candidates should be aware that the BIDs are hiring and should submit their CVs within the specified timeline. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for support/operational roles Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit. Leverage job portals, referrals & social media for hiring. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements. Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication. Handle reference checks & background verification support. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of recruitment processes (supporting hiring preferred) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with hiring tools and job portals Strong coordination, organization & attention to detail.
