Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Supervisor role located in Dehradun. The Assistant Supervisor will support daily operations and assist in managing team productivity, ensuring compliance with organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, providing guidance to team members, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration within the team. Driving operational efficiency and supporting team performance are key priorities for this role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written, for fostering team collaboration and resolving conflicts.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in report writing and basic computer skills, such as using productivity tools like Microsoft Office or equivalents.
• Experience in mentorship, coaching, or training, with a focus on personal development and performance improvement.
• Educational background or experience in business management, education, or a related field is advantageous.
• Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced work environment.
