Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor located in Bhopal. The Assistant Supervisor will support daily operations, oversee team activities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. They will assist in team coordination, provide guidance to team members, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment. Additional responsibilities include reporting progress, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with upper management to achieve organizational goals.

• Organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in using organizational tools and basic office software
• Ability to motivate and support team members
• Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative role is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus
