Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading and developing the store team, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets Purple United Kids' operational and visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily store operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in fashion or apparel retail is preferred.
