Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager & Fashion Consultant, based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading a team, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail strategies, providing superior customer service, and maintaining store aesthetics. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs
- Strong Communication skills to build relationships with customers and collaborate with team members effectively
- Expertise in Store Management and Retail, including inventory control, sales strategy implementation, and team leadership
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention and adherence to operational standards
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus
