Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to drive footfall and sales
- Meet & greet customers to ensure a welcoming & engaging store experience.
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets through team motivation and customer service
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and support throughout their shopping experience
- Meet and greet customers to ensure a warm and welcoming store experience
- Help in managing store operations, inventory, and daily administration
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise display, and adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Assist in tracking buying trends, customer preferences, and feedback
- Support in executing promotional activities and in-store campaigns
- Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to team training and performance improvement efforts
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on staff management, scheduling, and shift allocations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall business performance
Skills Required:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service (minimum 2–4 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of store operations and team coordination
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- Team player with leadership potential.
