Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to drive footfall and sales
  • Meet & greet customers to ensure a welcoming & engaging store experience.
  • Support in achieving monthly sales targets through team motivation and customer service
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and support throughout their shopping experience
  • Meet and greet customers to ensure a warm and welcoming store experience
  • Help in managing store operations, inventory, and daily administration
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise display, and adherence to visual merchandising standards
  • Assist in tracking buying trends, customer preferences, and feedback
  • Support in executing promotional activities and in-store campaigns
  • Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to team training and performance improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on staff management, scheduling, and shift allocations
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall business performance



Skills Required:


  • Experience in retail sales or customer service (minimum 2–4 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of store operations and team coordination
  • Energetic, proactive, and willing to take initiative
  • Team player with leadership potential.
