Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. Key responsibilities include optimizing store performance, building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail best practices. The role also involves handling store inventory, driving sales initiatives, and preventing retail losses while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Experience in Store Management and supervising daily retail operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques and best practices
- Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in the retail or technology sector is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
