Timings: 6 days per week. Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working

Note: This is a premium retail role. If your background is supermarkets, mobile stores, or value chains (DMart, Reliance Digital, Croma mass floor), this won't be a fit.
Sunday (www.sundayrest.com) is a premium D2C mattress brand. We are looking for someone with a hospitality, airline, premium retail, or banking background who knows what it means to deliver a 5-star experience and who can turn that into revenue.
Why This Role Exists
We're looking for someone to run our store properly — hit the numbers, lead a small team, and make sure every walk-in is handled well. Not flashy, not corporate. Just consistent, professional, and commercially focused.
You'll be the senior person on the floor. You'll know your regulars. You'll handle the ₹1.5 lakh sale with the same care as the ₹15,000 pillow sale. And you'll own the store P&L.
What You Will Do
- Hit the monthly store target — revenue, walk-in conversion, average bill value
- Run daily operations — opening, closing, roster, stock, visual merchandising, store upkeep
- Own the customer experience — every walk-in should leave with a good impression, whether they buy or not
- Handle escalations — delivery delays, product issues, refunds — calmly and without drama
- Build repeat business — regulars, referrals, family-and-friends sales
- Coordinate with HO — daily reports, stock requests, marketing campaigns
Who You Are
You're polished, warm, and commercially sharp. You can read a customer quickly — who needs space, who needs help, who's ready to buy. You close without being pushy.
You've spent 5-8 years in premium retail or hospitality, with at least 2 years as Store Manager or Asst. Store Manager.

Premium electronics & appliances: Aptronix, iStore, Imagine, Bose, Sony Centre, Samsung Experience, LG Premium
Must-Haves
- 4-6 years in premium retail or 4-5 star hospitality
- Minimum 2 years managing a team of 3 or more
- Track record of hitting store targets — revenue, conversion, AOV
- Good English + fluent Kannada + Hindi (non-negotiable for Bangalore)
- Graduate degree
- Comfortable with weekend working (weekday off is fixed)
Good to Have
- Experience selling tickets above ₹50,000
- Familiar with retail billing software, CRM, basic Excel
- Hospitality background even without retail experience
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹5,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum
- Incentives: ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,00,000 per annum (linked to store revenue, conversion, AOV)
- Total CTC: ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum
