Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Mumbai location at Sand by Shirin.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Proficiency in Store Management and knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team and customer interactions.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to maintain the store's standards and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prior experience in retail or store management is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management are a plus.
