Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations for the Jockey brand. The role involves managing daily store activities, driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer experience while maintaining brand and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance reviews.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and store reporting.
- Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and overall store ambience.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in apparel retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
