Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager position based in Jaipur. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of store management. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, managing inventory, implementing loss prevention measures, and maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the store team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision and inventory management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to minimize risks and ensure store compliance
- Capability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Prior experience in the retail industry, especially in pet care or a related field, is advantageous
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields are a plus
