Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager, based in Jalandhar. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory accuracy, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves fostering a positive retail environment and ensuring adherence to operational standards set by iDelta and Apple.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and superior Customer Service
- Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Experience in Store Management and overseeing day-to-day retail operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure a secure retail environment
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with Apple products and ecosystem is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment
