Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role based in New Delhi. The Assistant Store Manager will support daily store operations, including supervising sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, and assisting with store opening and closing procedures. The Assistant Store Manager will help drive sales targets, oversee retail loss prevention practices, and ensure adherence to company policies and brand guidelines. This position also includes coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to a positive, professional store environment.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to delivering a premium shopping experience.
- Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage customers, collaborate with team members, and coordinate with management.
- Store Management capabilities, including supervising staff, managing daily operations, and supporting sales and merchandising activities.
- Retail Loss Prevention skills to safeguard store assets, monitor compliance, and support secure operating practices.
- Relevant experience in retail or fashion accessories, preferably in premium or luxury brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
