Role Description
This full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role is based in Kollam. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and work to maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing store performance, handling staff coordination, ensuring compliance with retail policies, and preventing inventory loss through effective retail loss prevention practices. The Assistant Store Manager will also support strategic goals to enhance store performance and profitability.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in Store Management and capabilities in team leadership
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Proficient in organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business management, retail management, or a related field is advantageous
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred
